We have two apartments to rent. This is situated on the 2nd floorÂ&xnbsp; statt on the 3rd floorin a building right in the popular neighborhood Bergmannkiez with a beautiful view on the square Marheinekeplatz with the markethall and many cafes and restaurants. The owners live in the same building.
The apartment on the 2 nd floor - with elevator
The apartment is about 40 square meters. You have a spacious living/bedroom
with a double bed ( between queen and kingsize) and a convertible sofa. There are shelves and a closet for your belongings to put in.
In the separate kitchen you find everything you need to prepare your meals. There is also an eating table for two and a showerbath.
WiFi, TV, linen and towels are provided without charge.
Monthly Rent
